Today was a teaching class with Brady and Justin in attendance. We drilled arm bars from guard and the flower sweep. Brady injured himself (hip) and wisely declined to roll against 100-kilo club members. Justin and I had four, five-minute sessions, in addition to a brief hiatus due to slight rain. Chad was AUX, while Abner was "at work."
