NEW BLACK BELT AT FIRST COAST KODOKAN

This past Saturday evening, 8 May 2010, Greg DiFranza promoted David Berlin to shodan.

Congratulations to Mr. Berlin on this accomplishment.

USA Judo Senior Nationals Results

Sensei Greg DiFranza takes the gold medal in his division.

Sensei David Berlin takes the silver medal in his division.

JUDO CANCELED ON SATURDAY, 3 APRIL 2010

Due to our trip down to Sarasota, and Lisa DiFranza's (Sensei Greg's much better half) birthday, judo class is canceled for this week. We will resume training on Saturday, 10 April.

On Saturday, 3 April, Charles Dos Anjos will promote David Gatke and Dr. Pat McDonald to black belt in BJJ.

Time Change for First Coast Kodokan Judo

Effective Saturday, 27 March 2010, First Coast Kodokan Judo will meet from 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm in order to accomodate our traveling members who do not wish to battle people (on the highways) returning home from the beach for the day.
