Today's class had me, Jason, Ryan, Josh M., Rebecca, and Duy.
We worked on three kesa gatame (head and arm) escapes and two scissor sweep variations.
Three, 6-minute rolling sessions at the end rounded out the practice.
23 SEPTEMBER 2021 BJJ TRAINING
Today was just a pure rolling session with me, Rebecca, and Duy. We rotated in and had eight, five-minute rounds for a quick workout.

22 MAY 2021: CHARLES DOS ANJOS SEMINAR AT WOLFPACK BJJ ORANGE PARK
For the first time in a long time, we hosted my instructor, Charles Dos Anjos, for a seminar here in Orange Park. We had a great turnout, on Professor Charles' birthday no less, and the promotion of Jason Compton to black belt. Jason is the second person I have trained to from white to black belt, and the first I have promoted in my own right.
